I just looked into it again, you can get permits to hunt cottontails, pheasants and waterfowl

Yea, I've done that a few times and it's fun! Never know what you'll see when you're out there  :tung:

I just noticed this was in a Deer Hunting sub. No big game permits on the Rez for non-natives, OP.
