Anything in the right direction is positive and that's the way I am looking at it.

Sure, beats the negative trend that's been happening even if it's a small step. True that the bigger positive of "will the next one be better" is still is out there it's to be determined.

Not that I'm aware of.  Hopefully someone with some credentials will step up and apply and we can all back them.

I've applied three separate times and have never received as much as a phone call from the gatekeeper in return. One application was explainable for not needing a response since a Commissioner was appointed in that same application pool from Asotin County thus rendering me ineligible. I have a current application submitted again with no feedback. Obviously the selection process is as much of a mystery to me as it is to many on here. Todd Johnston, Clarkston, WA.
Bring a GPS!  It's awkward to have to eat your buddies!
