Yep, I'm with @raydog.  I will do anything I can to assist but other than donating money and sending emails that probably don't get read, I'm unsure of how best to help.

Sounds very promising.  May be good for all of us to officially recommend him.

We need some more info from @HereDuckyDucky so we can fill his name in...

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Do you have a letter template? Or some specific info we should include here? Can go simple obviously or post nothing it appears.

I (we) can obviously fill this spot out

Would need your first/last name, and email for this part at a minimum

In terms of required applicant information:

Rylan Weythman
rylan.weythman@foster.com
Pateros, WA

In terms of what folks write in the box (or letter), I think that's really up to them. These kinds of messages are more impactful when they come uniquely from the author. If having a conversation would be helpful in putting those thoughts together, message me, and I'll get you my phone number.

Thanks for the continued interest and support.

Rylan

It's only a move in the right direction if his replacement is better.  Nothing saying it can't go from bad to worse unfortunately.

Anything in the right direction is positive and that's the way I am looking at it.

Sure, beats the negative trend that's been happening even if it's a small step. True that the bigger positive of "will the next one be better" is still is out there it's to be determined.

It would be really good for us (hunters) to back a qualified candidate(s) and really push hard to get them appointed as a replacement.

Is there any other candidates aside from rylan that we know of? Rylan is the only person I’m aware of that is going to try and make a positive change...

Not that I'm aware of.  Hopefully someone with some credentials will step up and apply and we can all back them.

I've applied three separate times and have never received as much as a phone call from the gatekeeper in return. One application was explainable for not needing a response since a Commissioner was appointed in that same application pool from Asotin County thus rendering me ineligible. I have a current application submitted again with no feedback. Obviously the selection process is as much of a mystery to me as it is to many on here. Todd Johnston, Clarkston, WA.
