3 days in turkey country
« on: May 05, 2009, 03:26:14 PM »
Well, after getting my first long beard ( at least thats what i call it  :chuckle:)  Im heading to th NE corner for another bird . Ive never turkey hunted anywhere but Cle Elum so this will be a learning experience . From what ive read on this forum and heard from other people is there is a ton of birds up there . I am a little worried about all the private land and finding a good place to hunt but still excited . Ive never really asked for help on this forum but if anyone has hunted up that way and wants to give me any advice i would be grateful . Planning on going up by newport but not set in stone .
