Heard that. Good! I bet crime would go down if they started hanging horse thief’s again (change horse to auto thief). Additionally, protecting life and property wasn’t questioned but encouraged.

The guy lives directly across the street from friends of ours. We thought it was our friend doing the shooting when it was first on the news. Had to make an early morning phone call to find out what happened.
