A great bull !

just not into, much less interest in hunts that are Pay2Play, guided and/or private land hunts...including tribal reservation hunts.
Hunts $$$ like this only encourage the trend for less public land DIY hunts which result in reduced non-resident tags and opportunity for all public land hunters.

My fave AZ elk unit 10 has a large Big Bo ranch that might go strictly private, guided hunts for 2022.
Ranch is now owned by Navajo tribe.
Once was free to access with sign in, last few years was Pay access permit and now just have to wait and see.

I'm not to sure why I would congratulate Dan.  Congratulations should go to the multi-maned crew that found, followed, and got Dan onto the animal.  I'm sure (like in the past), that Dan just showed up (flew in) and handed them a butt-load of cash, pointed his gun at the bull, pulled the trigger, posed for internet pictures, gave them the address where to ship the antlers, and got on his plain and flew away.   :dunno:
To correct the story, It should read (He flew off in his jet) He fly's in and out of our local airport. I use to work for him.
