My bet is that the biggest bull that will be  killed in Washington this year is already dead several months ago on a draw tag but will have to wait til dec 31 to see for sure.... :dunno:

I am sure if the hunter cant find the right bull or get on the bull he wants he will probably eat the tag and not bat an eye.
