Try screen shot of your pic and then try posting. That fixed my problems when posting.

Nice piebald blacktail!

I have also seen them in the south Puget Sound area.  It is a somewhat rare genetic condition.  On Orcas Island, up in the San Juans, there seems to be a good number of piebald blacktailed deer- perhaps there is less "predation penalty" on the islands for having a more visible hide.

Thank you for sharing!

Cool! Hadn't heard of a piebald blacktail before, but a quick Google search shows they've had them in Clallam County and on Whidbey Island.

Seen quite a few on North Whidbey, plus an 4x4 albino buck that might have had couple stickers.

Used to be a few piebalds in the Humptulips area.  Not sure if they are still there.

We have a lot of them all over the island.  :)

There's the one doe that hangs around Orting high school. I have seen a buck north of that roaming the river, but not lately.

Very cool. There's a pretty good group of them near me, along the river. Used to see them all the time while fishing. Nothing to fish for anymore, so I haven't kept tabs on them. Used to be a very nice big piebald buck in that group.

Ran into a local guy sighting in his rifle before hunting season 5 or 6 years ago out there who had shot a piebald buck in CF. He showed me photos of it, had a full body mount done. Pretty cool looking.

You can also post pictures to imgur and then just paste the link into your comment. Just go to imgur.com, hit "new post" in the upper left hand corner, click "choose photo or video", select the picture you want to upload and then it will generate a page and you can just copy the link.
