What wood type does everyone prefer for their box calls?

One of my favorites is a custom yellow popular box with a walnut lid.

My favorite right now I made 2 years ago out of a lighter colored mahogonny. I also like Tennessee Cedar.

Popular and/or Cedar are tough to beat.
