 Was in that area recently, two weeks ago and the lowest snow I saw was at the top of Storm King, with just a scattered patch in the shade at Silver Creek Pass.

should be pretty clear by now. i haven't been up there but ive been to higher elevations behind ashford

I was up there last weekend and there was enough snow at the top that we couldnt get through to ashford in my friends 2wd

its clear, I work up there and drove the roads last week, clear shot to Ashford, the 5rd from the 8 rd still had too much snow on it last week to go to Elbe, but from Elbe up the 5 rd you can get pretty close to the 8 rd, just some shaded areas holding snow

yah most the animals i find up there tend to stay in the deep draws. went up there the other day and saw a few elk.
