Thats why you pay absolutely ZERO attention to the internet. Its a sure fire way to blow your face off. Printed book data is always gonna be low and safe. Thats strictly for liability reasons. Theres endless variables that can change the psi of a load so manufacturers have to cover their butts. There is no easy button to determine where pressure is with your rifle, brass, etc. Gotta build the ladders and do the shooting.
You're likely gonna be able to go a few grains over what their max is but you never know. Do a ladder in .5gr increments up to book, then .3gr increments from their to 2gr over. The second you feel your bolt lift starting to stiffen or primers flattening then stop. Back it off a grain and you're in safe space.
