Forks Fishing
«
on:
February 04, 2022, 05:29:01 PM »
We are heading over to Forks next weekend for a couple days of fishing. Probably be fishing the Hoh and the Duc from the bank. Anybody have a report on how its been over there this year? Its been a few years since I have been over there so will be a good time regardless. Thanks.

No need to bring your own rock. I'm a Forks guy, happy to show you a couple out of the way spots. Fishing seems to be hit or miss but there are fish around for sure

Tough fishing for us. I lost a steelhead on the Upper Hoh on friday and my son hooked up on the Solduc yesterday. Pretty slow but tons of fun.

If you want to fish (and maybe catch), then get out there soon. WDFW is closing the coastal rivers in the area on Mar 1. Said they've only had about 30% of the expected return which was already a low prediction (reason for all the restrictions).
