Titanium Scope Rails...??
« on: February 12, 2022, 09:03:32 PM »
Anyone use a titanium scope rail on their rifles?  Looking for something other than aluminum to put on a rifle and have very limited options.  I found a steel and titanium rail from Murphy Precision and am considering the titanium.  it is about 75 dollars more expensive but the weight is half that of the steel.

Thoughts??

Any other scope rails out there that you would recommend?  The EGW steel is out of stock and I cannot find it anywhere...so looking elsewhere at this point.

Thanks in advance.

I haven't used the titanium rail but I have had a couple of the Murphy Precision rails and they are awesome to deal with and nice rails. I had them cut a 65 MOA rail for the Savage 110BA I had. Now I have a tall 45 MOA on my Christensen MPA 338 lapua.
