The way I read it, you can't have 11+ magazines even loaded unless at a shooting range or in the feild?

Not to hijack the thread, but that is my understanding also. You can have them in your home, and the only time they can leave your home is for transport to a recreational shooting facility.

"The person shall possess the large capacity magazine only on the property owned or immediately controlled by the person, while engaged in the legal use of the large capacity magazine at a duly licensed shooting range, while engaged in a lawful outdoor recreational activity such as hunting, or while traveling to or from these locations for the purpose of engaging in the legal use of the large capacity magazine, provided that the large capacity magazine is stored unloaded and in a separate locked container during transport."

Researching this:

"The original bill would have prohibited the possession of magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds. An amendment that passed Wednesday removed the provision banning possession."

Let's hope this dies altogether.

@Bob33

It passed the Senate, right?
I thought the house was even more liberal?
And I can't imagine Inslee won't sign.

Aren't we in real trouble here?

Yes it passed senate, 28-20. It’s going to pass. I left CA to get away from this bs. Guess it’s time to get out of WA too because it’s an ugly slope the state is on.

Did not another state just get overturned on a high capacity magazine ban?
Only 2 defining forces sacrificed themselves for you:
The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.

California did. The appeals court upheld the mag ban. Waiting for a supreme judge to take the case.
