Commissioner Jim Anderson

His testimony was very strong and I am perplexed why he didn’t get a confirmation vote.

The potential motions in committee are “do confirm” or “Do not confirm”. A commissioner can continue to serve until the full senate passes a “do not confirm” by majority vote.

it's odd; the feed didn't show a vote for anderson. i have no idea why? agreed his testimony was solid (but so was linville's, and pissants van der wege and salomon voted against her)

i didn't even look for his vote initially because i just assumed he and linville would get confirmed

Why?

Because Van de Wege is a grossly incompetent agenda-driven knucklehead who is entirely unfit for being a Senator, much less the Chair of this Committee.
