AZ Elk draw
« on: March 02, 2022, 06:14:48 AM »
My Step brother has been putting in for years, I think he had 17 points going into this years draw. He said his credit card just got hit by Az fish and game. Is it too early for the draw? He has never seen this before so he is crapping his pants right now.
Any info is appreciated.

Super stoked for you guys! I will need to see which choice he was drawn for. He had an archery and a muzzy choice in his application. We shall see!

For Arizona applicants who know they have been drawn, Draw results are now posted up in your portal account on the fish and games web sight. Good Luck    8)

Congrats
I wish you the best of luck. I did a cow hunt in unit 1 years ago. It was an amazing hunt, but we saw way more bulls then cows. Huge bulls
Loads of fun. I told my self then if I ever come back it will be for a bull hunt.     That is where  I will be this year as well. Chasing Bulls with the Bow.

Congrats!  Mom lives in Showlow. Step dad has always hunted the area.  We could hunt from house, but will likely use trailer to camp in the unit.

My 22 points weren't enough, hopefully next year!

Nice thing about Arizona's system, at some point there won't be anyone left with more points in front of me, and I'll draw regardless of luck.

Yeah, crossing fingers for you next year.  My fam just hunts for freezer, so cow hunts which are easier to pull.
