This is all style discussion to me.
It's not wrong and does not mean an archer is less accurate because they glue nocks. There is clearly a number of people doing it for whatever reasons. You don't have to agree with them. Just like I don't agree with anyone else's styles. Why would someone imply that if I use glue I am potentially unethical because I will not be able to harvest an animal due to the inherent inaccuracies? That's just a load of garbage in my book. People have been harvesting animals with primitive arrows and glued nocks for ages.
How do I re-align my nock? This problem is solved. I put in the exact same spot in my fletching jig. In fact it makes it even easier when refletching because the nock is glued. My accuracy is not a problem. You can come shoot my bows side by side with me any time. We'll see who hits the bullseye more with my arrows and with yours. Also, you may not have had any nocks fall out but this gluing gives me comfort which obviously your word does not.
I could ask someone why they need rangefinders too.
