Actually there is 5 types. I'm a "opportunist". I don't hunt them but will shoot them while doing other things.

Granted, only dumb ones fall to me. (And have!)

Run and gun for me so "go getter" I guess. Plus it usually produces some bonus deer sheds along the way!

I'm the run and gunner too, which involves a little bit of a lot of stuff, including road hunting. I won't stalk turkeys though....so I'm not sure if "go-getter" really fits me. I don't really fit into any of those descriptions...

I 'should be' a camper based on the way I was taught growing up turkey hunting with my elders back east.

I guess I am a combo of Go Getter and Camper.  Depends out the time of the season which works best.

Ya road hunting for me, stopping at many locations till I hear the gobbles. Then I will stalk or move in closer. But not too close. Then try to seal the deal with more calling, decoy,or whatever.
That's always my basic plan, but them turkeys don't always know my plan.

This will be my first year so I have no idea what category I'll fit into. But if I had to guess. I'm gonna feel like Mister Magoo
