How big is the bass in the first pic, about a 7 pounder?

Close.....8 pounds, on the nose, although I can't take the glory for catchin it...Our cousin who lives down there did, on a crappie rod no less.

Maybe five minutes, then Skinner jumped down and saved the day, landing the fish for him....
