Lake Roosevelt kokes
« on: March 23, 2022, 09:59:52 PM »
Thinking of hitting Lake Roosevelt after the turkey opener for some kokes. Any recommendations for which boat launch might be best? I have a 16’ tillered boat, so not wanting to run more than a few miles.

Might wanna keep an eye on lake levels. Pulling it down pretty quickly, probably some launches not usable by then

it’s bottomed out for the year and starting to rise.  You can launch at either places huntnnw suggested

My fishing licence kicks in April 1.
I'll be doing some bank fishing April.
Take some hot dogs, cheese dogs ,light a small fire on the beach about lunch time.
And just kill some time.
I know very little on the fishing ,but I'll be there doing it.

Pm always welcome if anybody has some solid bank fishing spots. But I'll be testing the waters with or without.

Water levels are looking good. Looks like Spring Canyon for me. Any tips on where to head from the launch at Spring Canyon? East/ West, how far? Thanks for the input.

That level is 40 feet below summer level. Rocks are showing below the 395 bridge by Kettle Falls.

The water is still real low. Some ramps are out of the water and not functional.
This is spring canyon.

Snooze time….zzzzzzzzz
