I was wondering if anyone has tried integrating an FHF chest rig

The shoulder straps on the chest rig detach right at back of pack with two snap clips on the bottom and tri-glides on the top. So it seems like with a little ingenuity one could attach this to their existing game vest should straps?
I like my strap vest for carrying shells and of course game in the back while remaining pretty minimalist. In turn I'd use the chest rig for dog items (GPS unit, first aid, etc), binoculars if potential scouting is possible on the hunt, and all the odds and ends needed out in the field without the need for excessive pockets on the vest itself.
Any thoughts?
