Hey guys what were you using for the bites. Next trip is Monday & Wednesday🙏🙏🙏😉🥃🇺🇸
My favorite spring king set up.is a triangle flasher in green and chrome, to a 42" leader with a cut plug orange or red label herring rigged to spin tight the tighter the better. I run my lead on a dropper so I can feel the bottom. Every couple minutes I drop down until I feel it bounce then up a crank or two.

Like others have said, tight spinning cut plug 42-60" behind a triangle flasher. I''ll add a 12" dropper (exactly) to an 8oz lead. Dredge the bottom! Your rod tip should be tapping eractically and constantly. Go as slow as you can while maintaining control over the current.
I spent past weekend trolling w/out a bite. Gonna spend my time on the hook letting them come to me this weekend!...if they do? :dunno:

Good luck out there!

Ashquack that’s pretty close to what I do. About 10” dropper 30” leader with inlines. Might go with the 360 next trip.
Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.

At first when I read the title, I thought this was a thread about my ex-wife  :yike:

A day fishing is still better than a day working, and until you figured out what was happening, sounds like it was pretty exciting for a bit as well!

What if you can work while fishing? That’s the best of both worlds!!!
fear no fish!!
