I'll never understand the reasoning of bidding up these style tags before the live auction starts. :twocents:

I didn’t think there was a live auction this year. WDFW site indicates it’s all online too.

It is like ebay, just enter the price you are willing to pay and it autobids for you.  It will get real interesting just before the close of the auction.  People will bid last minute and the auction will extend by 4 minutes or something like that.  With a minute to go someone will bid and it will extend by another 4 minutes giving time for a response bid.

Yesterday it was at $80,000.  Someone had autobid over $80,000 because someone bid $81,000 and it jumped to $82,000.  I assume they wanted to see what the autobid was at and thought maybe it was $85,000, they may have bid $85,500 hoping to gain the lead and the other bidder was higher so the autobid took it to $86,000.  $86,000 is what it went for last year and my guess is it is going to go much higher in the next few hours and you will see a few end time extensions.

And no I am not involved in the bidding I just have an understanding of how this one works.

3 hours 40 minutes to go right now.
I just get a error loading auction, wonder if it’s members only.

Yes, I think you do have to create an account to watch.
