One go to is- - Franks, Butter, and spicy mustard to taste is delicious, tangy but hottish. say... 1/2 cup franks, 1/4 cup mustard, 4-8 tbsp butter, depending upon desire for spiciness, more butter, less heat. can throw in a small amount of worcestershire as well if desired.
