Muzzy cow for the Taneum. Haven't hunted that unit for years. Not my first choice but I'll settle :)

I drew a December 10-25 Second deer antlerless for Desert. Not real excited for a doe, but always wanted to see the bucks in that unit since that’s where I always apply for. Guess I’ll get to scout for 2035 when maybe I’ll draw that tag.

My dreams are still hanging by a thread, having a couple tall whiskeys to soften the blow of “not selected”before I look! After 27 years, you just give up! Lol.  Son in law should be here soon and then after he catches up, the draw party begins.  I really do want to wish all those who got to see “selected” today a big congrats! I’ll say that before the whiskey kicks in and my sour puss takes over!  :chuckle:   Wait all year for this, then all years and has turned into decades…. No poacher points here.  So far I haven’t heard of any tags being drawn for my number 1 choices, 🙏🙏🙏.  Check back later, congrats to the lucky ones!
“In common with”..... not so much!!

What’s your number one choice? I think I seen a post from you years back and I might have some bad news for you. :(

I'd just got settled into the loser lounge. Grandson (11) calls. He has mudflow cow tag. Then the oldest girl (his Mom) gets on the phone. Quality deer in the desert unit. Still waiting to see if it was the early or late hunt. Are you kidding. You can fix dinner for the kids later. Log back on. HAHA

Looks like I will be heading back to my old stomping grounds.  I drew the one and only Dayton Muzzleloader Quality Bull.  Took me 22 points, but I finally drew it.  Now I just hope the wolves left me one nice bull.
Good luck it's not always a slam dunk. Hunt hard
I know that well.  Thanks.
