Postponing due to too many people checking is the fake news. The witness may or may not have been sent away and draw delayed, but it's due to something else on their end not working or crashed.

I've checked the licensing site 124 times the past 2 minutes and has not been down  ;)

Sounds like fake news.

:dunno: I just know my pal took the day off work to witness and was disappointed to be told they’d have to come back later.
I was a witness.

Not meant to be against you, Hirshey, but nobody got told to come back later.  Results will be posted later today is exactly what we were told.
The offer was made to come back and watch more later if we wanted to and if we were available because of the time it took to be able to see what we saw. We were only able to see a few of them because the system was so bogged down.

So all draws are run, or not?

Not
Witnesses never see all the draws get run though either.

Finally, a voice of reason.  Thank you, jackelope.

Special Announcement:

"Sorry kids, Christmas is being delayed this year. Too many of you insisted on peeking in the corners of your package. Now your parents have confiscated everyone's package and hidden them where you'll never find them. We'll bring the packages out when you've learned your lesson! Besides, most of you will be getting coal anyway, so why the rush?"

"Please DFW Claus, can I have a little peek inside me package? I've been an awfully good boy this year..."

We were able to ask about one of the 3 permit drawings we witnessed. I did not draw a quality elk tag.
I could see all the sheep and all the goat winners too. Didn’t draw a sheep tag either.
I know one hunt wa’er drew a goat tag. That’s all I know.
