One of these days... I feel we are getting close.
Every day is one day closer.
Well we are a day closer than we were before :chuckle:

Sorta like Groundhog Day.........every day seems like a repeat of the day before..... déjà vu.

I’ll stick with what I said last week, I still feel strongly about the 15th or 16th seeing some results.

I think most of hunt wa has just given up.  I'm wondering if the page will light up like a Christmas tree when they come out.

12 more hours and it'll be another day to check and wonder all day long.

Yup so here is the good news.. I’ll be on the ocean the next two days without service! So I’ll get back to great news! My stress level has been less on work days and now fishing days! (I’m actually betting on Thursday!). In all seriousness I hope your kids draw everything! Nothing better than the next generation putting a smile on their face and starting them young. Something I haven’t seen in this whole thread is kids… at the rate things are going if the state doesn’t start putting an emphasis on kids they will have limited interest as they become adults with how limited the state is with tags. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I have 30 bull points but would rather my son draw a tag! Let’s get him hooked! Good luck all!
If you can see it....... you can shoot it.

so a kid needs a draw tag? was unheard of when I was growing up. Kids have 0 restrictions on getting a bear, cougar, deer and elk tags. They draw a tag great.

 :chuckle:

I feel the same way about all permits. We have OTC for all those animals, permit odds would greatly go up if we had a little discernment and only could pick 1 species.

And this is coming from a guy who has drawn second deer, an antlerless elk, a bull, quality bull, quality deer in this system… would have never applied for those tags if I had to choose 1 species to apply for… well until I drew the dream hunt, then I would have to figure out which is next.
People get offended at nothing at all. So, speak your mind and be unapologetic.
