I hate turkeys, or, always have a shotgun handy
« on: May 17, 2009, 10:13:08 AM »
I went to sight in my rifles on friday, 300wm and 243r, plus a 22 mag. There was another guy there shooting his 7mm and 10/22.

I have never seen a turkey, nor seen any signs of turkey in the years I have been shooting in this spot, they just stay away. To many people willing to shoot it or at it and to many people shooting.

As I was cleaning up I heard a turkey gobble and beat it's wings probably not 50 yards from my car.

Not cool, still have 14 days left.
Never, ever let Creed hold you baby, it will ruin it and you will have to get another.
