I have nikon m223 4x12 on 2. Nice scopes imo. Nikon is out of rifle scope biz. I read
Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

ACOG all day

If you are looking for a coyote killer. I would choose a 1-4 or 1-6 variable or a prism with a 3X magnifier.
I have a Steiner 1x4 variable on one rifle.

The Trijicon Credo 1x8 FFP is a very good scope with an awesome recital that can also be used for CBQ in a pinch.

I run the Trijicon Credo 1X4 on my AR and am loving it so far.

I've got a couple of the Primary Arms 1-6x24.  I really like them.  The ACSS reticle is fantastic!

Vortex strike eagle 1-8 power.  Lighted reticle.  Reticle is etched so you dont need the light, but its there if you want it.

A really good scope for the price, and nice on an AR.

I like their  life time warranty and customer service is great.  Also great discounts for military/vets/first responders and such.  Best prices with discount I have found are at eurooptics.com.

So I am debating on the first focal plane vs the second focal plane. Be my first focal plane scope and from my research looks like FFP is way to go but would love some
Input.  First focal plane is $ 475 after discount and second is $359.   Running on colt LE 6920 at this time but may move to 6.5 Grendel down the road and will be used for coyote hunting or larger game when or if I switch to a 6.5 Grendel.

Thanks so much

For a LPVO that has pretty good glass, a very forgiving eye box, and doesn't require you to sell a kidney to purchase, the Vortex PST GenII 1-6 is a lot of scope for the money.

I've been looking at a few different LPVO's and for the money the Trijicon Ascent 1-4 is a pretty decent little scope that doesn't cost a great deal too.  The Triji Ascent doesn't have a lighted reticle but for many that's a non issue.  The eye box on those is pretty forgiving as well.

Thanks so much.  I have an older diamond back 1x4 on there but just have not had much luck with it over 100 yards.

I like the sightmark wraith 4k Mini for dawn, dusk or night because it's so small and is easy to change between rifle. But if I was expecting to shoot one close range in the day something 1-10 power with a lighted reticle. Longer ranges, sky is the limit I guess.

Got my last one at night with ATN X-Sight 4K Pro at night. Situation is what really dictates what you should use and having multiple day options (close or long ranges) and at least one night option is what I suggest.
Die fish!
