Cant Post Pictures

I've tried attaching some pictures, but keep getting an Error Code, with it saying that Hunt WA can't process at this time.
I've resized the photos to 2.3mb each, and only attaching (2) at a time, but the Error code still comes up. I've also tried attaching (1) picture at a time, but the Error code still come up.

Am I doing something wrong?
