You're best bet will be on the IEP land as you can drive all of it, it is open most of the time.  The Stimpson timber property and a lot of the large chunks of state land are gated.  I killed my cow on the IEP land about a mile or so south of the Blanchard Hump.

Wow, there was only 1 permit.  You are lucky.  Should be a good hunt, you won't have much competition.

Hope you do. That's why I offered. Is this an any moose tag? I don't know the boundaries, but if it goes north of Blanchard, I think if you contact Hancock they will give you gate access since you are a disabled hunter. Good luck and keep me posted.

It goes way north of Blanchard Road.  There's a large swath of timber company land that extends north from the Blanchard hump.  There's another chunk that goes south from up near Lake of the Woods.  If you can get a key, those would be the areas I'd look at.

How’s your mobility?  I live across the road from the unit. Let me know if you need any help. I’m not the best moose hunter but I try real good.
