Great bull, congrats and thanks for sharing the story.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Thanks again guys, appreciate it!  One thing I forgot to mention about the bull, he had NO balls??  We were going to leave one ball attached to a hind but we didn’t find any on him??!!  So strange, and we didn’t see major scarring either.

Now I have to find a good butcher that’s open on sundays?

If you’re looking for one close to home, I really like Linds Custom Meats. It’s a Kent address, but off of highway 18. Just make sure the carcass is super clean. They’re open today according to their webpage.

Thanks guys for the help, pm answered as well. My regular butcher called me back so I’m good to go now. I go to butcher boys in south hill.

That is so cool! Congrats to your wife! Sorry about the scoping but it does happen. Great bull, not sure two in the family in the same season is allowed but it too late! Thanks for taking us along. I have followed the thread since the beginning as a buddy had the same tag.
howd your buddy do? I wonder if any kettle tag holders are left?

He tagged out opening morning..... 8)

Man, what a hunt and experience, did I mention how much I love moose hunting??!! One of the best parts about hunting is showing off your prize to family and friends, oh, and telling the story over and over again!!!  Never gets old!
