Oh boy…. Burned my points on this tag. Will be fun, but not expecting much other than a great time out there!

Had this tag in 13, 15, and 18. Struck out two of the three times. Weather is a big factor in this tag if we have a lot of snow this winter you’ll be in the bucks for sure. The one year I was successful was a high snow year I passed 10 bucks opening morning and filled the tag with a 173 3/8” buck. It can be a damn good tag. Best of luck.

Awesome! Believe I read a bit about your prior hunts when I looked up past threads. That’s been my experience with some Buck tags. Weather is an important factor. Looking forward to the hunt and hope weather cooperates. 😁 I’ll check in as it unfolds.

Headed over early Friday morning after Thanksgiving for the remainder of the season. Have heard Twisp had a ton of snow. Curious how much snow is in the eastern part of the unit? Chiliwist Butte and Fox Mountain

You won't be driving any of he roads on the eastern side. I was in thigh deep snow in several spots yesterday.

I was over at the property this weekend. The snow has settled in most places and down to little over a foot.
The only man who never makes a mistake, is the man who never does anything!!
The further one goes into the wilderness, the greater the attraction of its lonely freedom.
