Awesome looking gun! I just got that exact stock too for a build I'm putting together. Curious if it was bedded and how far it was bedded past the recoil lug? And what torque specs on the action screws are you running?

Thanks! Wish I could help ya, Mike and Hells Canyon Armory did the build for me.

Its bedded to the recoil lug.

Does mike do the lug conversion on these builds? I've been tinkering with a Mesa Precision lately on one of my guns, before and after bedding I was hanging out right around 1moa which is considerably worse than the factory stock was doing. I did the superglue method and bedded to the lug but not in front of, after some dremel work on the sides of the lug and cleanup of the lug itself (hindsight I wouldn't use the Mesa lug again, they're not very true and kind of soft) and 50 in/lbs font 45 rear she was back to shooting .3's this morn.

He'll do most anything a guy could want to do to a tikka. Action screw torque is often the culprit to accuracy issues. Pretty easy thing to test too if you have a load with known accuracy. Just take your wrench to the range and plug some groups with different poundages or torque sequence.
