A huge portion if not all of 658 is Weyco land and you'll need a permit to get in. Vehicle permits are sold out and not sure if walk in ones are or not. Could be other timber owners in there also.

Weyerhaeuser is only the eastern side of the unit.

658 is a mixed bag of property owners. There is a drive in permit for the Weyco part on the east. Walk or bike in for Hancock portion in the center. No access to the AFM portion in the south. I believe Elk river mainline is open during Modern Deer. All the way to the county line which becomes AFM. North west corner is WDFW walk in, but no modern rifle. You will have to use a lesser weapon. Good luck!

:yeah: I would probably focus on the hancock land without a weyco permit

Get ready to hike. But Hancock does open a mainline to cut through the unit only during rifle season.
