Is this the northeastern parcel along the lake?  I'm familiar with the area from turkey hunting around there this spring.   Neat country and lots of wildlife for sure.

Owner passed so there is no real way to get all the info because the estate is selling it. You will need to dyor.

I do have an old sellers disclosure from the listing when he was with us. Not a current one that the seller can verify. Just make sure and do a title contingency to make sure everything is OK. I know the property and the estate he left it to...No problems with this property. Wish I was in the position to buy it myself...
