Questions about skid steers

Looking to buy a skidsteer to use around our 6 acres. Will be used to cut brush, haul material, level & misc landscaping.
Would like to keep it under $25k & want a tracked loader.
Where are some good places to look, trusted dealers & what to look out for?
Would need it delivered.

Outside of Prosser up in Horse Heaven hills.
