I don't know much about bear weight but that sure is a nice looking bear!

180lbs would be my guess. Of course, he has a few months to bulk up too. Bears are hard to judge in real life, let alone pics... ;)

A shooter either way. A fine bear for sure.

Tell ya what, just let me know where he is, and I will weigh him for ya in August. :chuckle:

august 1st, you bag em and then you'll know. I have been known to be wrong on many occasions. Personally, I wouldnt even bother guessing weight if I saw him. It would be BOOM time~!
