I hope so. I’ve only elk hunted Idaho. Put in for the deer draw every year and got lucky this time.

I have two bear tags I hope to fill in August. With spring bear season gone really starting to think I’m shooting the first two bears I see. Running out of room for mounts and rugs anyway. Not much meat on those year and a half old bears but they will be hurting our ungulate populations in the future so might as well not pass up a legal bear. Also plan on doing a lot more dedicated cougar and coyote hunting/ calling. Trying to take advantage of Washingtons booming predator populations. Multi season deer with main focus on getting it done the first week of archery. Then on to archery elk. Really up in the air on where and how long on that. Didn’t draw any tags and am in the 600’s on Montana deer alternate list so hopefully a lot of people are turning tags in and  I can get a call before November and head that way the week before Thanksgiving. My son and wife also struck out on all draws but will still be trying to fill a couple bear tags each as well as general season elk and deer tags

The draws were not nice to me this year.  Not having a mule deer tag really sucks.
