Cerakote Patterns

 Are patterns manufacturer specific or universal in the industry?

 I found a pattern I like but was originally done for Aero. I’d like to have some pieces done in the same pattern but have no idea if it’s even possible.

There is no manufacturer specific pattern that cant be used by others . A great Cerakote guy can duplicate any pattern out there . I had a local shop do Kryptek Typhoon on a pistol

They might have done that with lasers or had it done with Cerakote Robotics.

A guy at the range told me he thought Nitrocarborizing was better than cerakote.

Anyone have any experience with this? All I have ever used was cerakote.

 I tracked down the company that did the pattern and am sending them pieces to be done, and wanted to give you all a heads up. I was also going to send a couple 20 round PMags to be done as well so they matched, but they just told me they can not ship them back, even though they were purchased legally.

 Don’t know yet. I’m sending a lower, upper, stock, hand guard and 4 magazines.
