I had a good conversation with the founder of Gundogz Rescue Foundation today. Pat founded this rescue as a way to give hunting dogs a second chance, and to make matches that are meant to be for both the dog and the owner. If you are an experienced hunter looking for a dog, or you know of a hunting dog that should go to a hunter give him a call. Pat is looking for sportsmen that can help foster dogs. If you are reasonably close to Gig Harbor (Tacoma narrows bridge area) and want to help give him a shout. Pat is a passionate hunter that is specific about his program.

To that end, we teach folks about waterfowl, waterfowl conservation, sportsmanship, shooting, hunter safety, and waterfowling. We also study, advise, recommend, and secure enactment of legislation in the interest of waterfowl, their habitat, and waterfowl hunting.
