This afternoon I saw a single engine aircraft flying the ridge line on the eastern side of 101. Didn't make many passes. But this expires around the 27th they will run out of time again.

Yup that sounds about right.
Ya I was a little off topic yesterday.
Sounds about the same stuff ,no predator management for NE Washington.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

Wolves are part of the landscape now and they aren't going away anytime soon. Factoring in predation loss is going to have to become part of the business plan for ranchers as it is for most other forms of agriculture and farming. Shepherds lose lambs, poultry farmers lose birds, deer eat alfalfa, oats and wheat and insects damage produce. Cattle ranchers also get compensated for their loss.

If you were a rancher or the wolves affected you in any way, quite sure you would have a different take. one in nine cattle are confirmed wolf kills, so the compensation line of BS is just that BS.
