So my order arrived today. It was a Simmons 3-9 22 mag scope in a Burris box.  It’s headed back, scammers piss me off

Weird! I just read your post and went and opened mine.  I got a Burris.

There is a chance that someone else bought the Burris and put the other one in and returned it for a refund  :dunno: claiming they received the wrong one.

I received the replacement scope today. Happy to say it is sealed and correct
