Marine Area 7 closed to salt fishing?

So, grabbing gas and the kid says all fishing is closed… no emergency rule posted. Dive into the regs a little more and it is super “grey”… looks like all bottomfish is closed-
Anyone in the know for sure?

I think it’s open year round for stuff like perch, sole, dogfish.  Good luck!  :tup:

Thats what we are trying to interpret… looks like bottomfish should be open, but it says to check other  closure-   This crap gets so old!
