I’d personally get a wall tent set up over one of those and have a lot of money left over

I’ve looked at them at the sportsman’s show before & they seem to be well made. I like them, it’s a cool idea. The guys at Hushin have one & have some videos about it on their YouTube channel,

Had not heard of them before. Went and watched a few vids. Pretty cool units!
There was one vid where they bought a used one and did a pretty complete review on it and wear that it had.
I could easily have seen us getting one of those. We ended up going quickly from ground to canopy to travel trailer, but one of those would have been in there too, me thinks, if they had been around 20 years ago.

Cuterebra are NOT cute!

We looked at them pretty hard a couple years ago.  Couple things that led us away from them.

1.  The trailer is pretty useless unless you have a place to store the tent.  A wall tent can be stored in a more compact manner allowing you to use the trailer all year long while not taking up a ton of space in your shop with a huge tent / package.

2.  Storage was a huge issue....you don't want to store your canvas tent outside all year round, even if covered with a tarp.  You would have to have shop space to park the trailer or shop space to take the tent out of the trailer.....ie. #1 above.

3.  A wall tent gives you more floor space.  It is easier to store and your trailer is separate allowing you to use your trailer all year long.

4.  No wood stove jack sewn in and not a lot of placed to put a wood stove.  You could overcome this issue with a little buddy heater.....but I like my wood stoves.

I just couldn't justify the cost given the above concerns.  I went with a wall tent and never looked back.

Just my opinion, but pretty pricey for a tent on wheels.  :twocents:
God made man, Samuel Colt made them equal.

We do use a wall tent but we would also want the trailer part to haul a quad or other toys :chuckle:

Ya, our wood stove is nice in our wall tent! I was also wondering about how they do in washington with all the rain cause they are built in Utah.
