FYI fire damage at Revere WDFW land

Just letting anyone who intends on going here for pheasant season there is literally nothing left that didn't burn besides the alfalfa flats around the elevator. Everything else on this public land section has been burned.

Thanks for the heads up. How far west did it burn? I have a late archery tag in 284.
Hopeful we get some good precipitation soon around here.

After the state mobilized to stop it they back burned from Revere Rd East and got it stopped. Basically almost all the land in the loop of Texas Lake Rd, South to Jordan-Knott Rd, West to the entrance of Escure Ranch entrance, North to the Revere Elevators then Northwest along the Palouse to Cascades trail back to Wagner Rd and over to Texas Lake. This whole area burned a few days ago. News says 4000 acres but it's actually around 8000. Totally smoked the entire public ground. Nothing in unit 284. It's ok.
