Perch were biting

Took the old lady and the boy out for some fishing, let some go, kept some others. Boy got bites but couldnt connect...the old lady finally caught a few...

Very nice perch, the wife and I are headed out tomorrow with the baby to try and catch some on American lake
22 years 3 months and 4 days, happily retired from the U.S Army.

How deep were they?  That's my favorite spot.

8 ft or less. I just floated along the pads on the north end and casted with a jig/soft worm. The other two used worms and bobbers.
