Is This An Albino Great Blue Heron?

Lake Roosevelt in front of my place...Gifford. What is it you bird experts? We have lots of Blue Herons here...could this be an albino?

Egret as mentioned above.  I have viewed heron's and egrets within 50 yards of each other.  I think the egret is also a bit smaller.
