Family archery elk hunt
« on: August 30, 2022, 10:35:39 AM »
Hello everyone, every year the wife and I load up our two kids and take them to elk camp down near Pe Ell. My buddy always took his wife and kids with but has become a master at bailing on everything. So this year I figured I’d offer for someone to join us. I’m a disabled veteran who still gets after it to the best of my ability and have some good knowledge of what I’m doing so I don’t need someone to teach me but I’m always willing to learn or try something new. The wife usually stays at camp with the kids and dog but this year I want to get our oldest out there a little. If anyone and their family would like to join us please message me. Good luck to everyone this year!

We seriously need more people like you who take the whole family like that good on you
That’s what it’s all about
My daughters are my hunting partners and it’s the best time
Enjoy getting your oldest out on the hunt with you

I like this. I agree with Hunting Family. We need more of this. If you guys ever consider out of state or make it east for a turkey hunt we would love to hunt with you.

Thanks for the replies. I appreciate it. I hunt deer and bear here in whatcom and skagit counties since that’s where I live. But for elk I head to SW WA. I head to Idaho for spring bear only since they changed the OTC system.

Hey BB11b, I do a family archery elk hunt every year and it has now expanded to my wife, and my Daughter and her family. We generally go into the Nile area, but were chased out by the fire a few years back and have been trying different areas since. I also am from Whatcom county and have been out bear hunting and grouse hunting in the past few weeks. I am 62, but still get around very well, if you are still looking for someone to hunt with let me know. I am also a veteran.
