I could of shot several smaller bucks , waiting on 1. No hurry in September when we get Nov/dec still to come

Yes it is in my neck of the woods. Just got back from checking 3 cams that have been soaking for 3+ weeks. Grand total of 327 videos (normally these 3 cams have 900-1000 each, cards full, batteries dead) got 2 dinker 3x's and a few does.

Great buck!!!  Seen a few big bucks but there are a lot of ways not to fill that tag with a bow.  Numbers of deer in the Palouse seem way down compared to last year...especially whitetail.

Keep a hitting it hard!!!  The bucks will come!!  I’m not a bow Hunter but muzzleloader and rifle will be here before ya know it!!!  And yes, I’m sure the heat don’t help at all. Pack a fork and knife with ya because ya might have to eat that deer right were ya dropped him!!!

I felt like I saw good antler growth as well. Didn't seal the deal but saw quite a few bucks that would have been my personal best, not that that's a high mark
